 You'll still be able to use ClassTag for your classroom communications. You may not notice any key changes for a while, except that we will continue to improve our product and user experience. As we learn more, we will communicate any changes to the product or user experience. If you have any questions, please contact support@classtag.com.

 

I'm a paid, ad-free ClassTag user - what can I expect?

 Your paid, ad-free access to ClassTag will remain intact, and you can still use ad-free ClassTag for your classroom communications. As we learn more, we will communicate any changes to the product or user experience. If you have any questions, please contact support@classtag.com.

 

I'm a school or district using ClassTag Connect paid subscription - what can I expect?

Our Connect team and all contractual agreements remain intact. You may not notice any key changes initially, but we're excited to join forces with SchoolStatus communications, Smore, and Operoo to build an even better product and user experience. As we learn more, we will communicate any changes to the product or user experience. When is the last day for contributions?

New contributions will no longer be an option after September 30th, 2023.

 

When is the last day to redeem my coins?

You have until September 30th, 2023 to redeem your coins for physical supplies from our Goods Store. After September 30th, you may continue to redeem your coins for Amazon Gift Cards. We will share detials on how to redeem remaining coins for Amazon Gift Cards soon. If you have any questions, please contact support@classtag.com.

 

I have expired coins; when will they become available to spend in my account?

You can expect any expired, unspent coins to appear spendable in your account by October 1st, 2023. If you have any questions, please contact support@classtag.com.

 

What can I purchase with replenished coins?

You can redeem your coins for an Amazon Gift Card of corresponding value. If you have any questions, please contact support@classtag.com.

 

I’m a member of the educational community that sends recurring contributions to my student’s classroom. What will happen to my contributions?

Your contributions to the classroom will end at the end of September, 2023 when our contribution program is discontinued. Teachers will still be able to redeem all funds previously contributed. If you have any questions, please contact support@classtag.com.
